My research group is eager to deal with the synthesis of materials (both bulk and nanoscopic systems) and the development of state-of-the-art experimental methods under extreme conditions (very-low temperatures, High Pressures and intensive magnetic fields) with the aim to uncover novel states in correlated quantum matter, to understand the underlying physics in quantum phase transitions and to reveal the fate of topological quantum phases.
